About ESGR
Building understanding between employers and those who serve.
Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) is a Department of Defense program. Kentucky ESGR is the Kentucky state committee within that national program.
Our Mission
ESGR was established in 1972 to promote cooperation and understanding between civilian employers and their employees who serve in the National Guard and Reserve. We support employers and service members through education, employer outreach, military outreach, recognition, and informal neutral mediation.
- Kentucky ESGR is the Kentucky state committee within the national program.
- ESGR is powered substantially by trained volunteers.
- Supportive employers contribute directly to Guard and Reserve readiness.
